 Say good-bye to Sciatic Nerve Pain (ache)

The common nerve blamed for pain in most humans is the sciatic nerve. This nerve runs from every side of the lower spine thru deep in the buttock into the back of the thigh and all of the ways down to the foot. All that with just a single nerve!

So, it’s affordable to assume that inflammation or irritation of this nerve can reason an enormous amount of the pain. pain situated in one place, such as a knee, ribs, or the back, or it can spread to different parts of body areas. Tingling sensation, numbness, and “heavy legs” are also common when there are issues with the sciatic nerve.

The pain can be so severe that it prevents us from doing even the most basic stuff, like moving our limbs, or even sitting. It is often treated with specific medication, which relieves the pain quickly, but, unfortunately, doesn’t deal with the cause of it.

For this reason,
before resorting to prescribed meds,

  • it is suggested to try with natural medicine and exercise first.
  • A simple 10-minute routine can prevent, relieve, and stop the sciatic nerve pain forever.

Everything needed for the procedure you are most likely to find around the house;

  • you’ll need a semi-large bucket,
  • apple cider vinegar,
  • and some salt.

The recipe is simple:

Fill the bucket with 10 liters of hot water, add a liter of vinegar, and a handful of salt. Make sure you stir the mixture for at least a few minutes, in order to dissolve the salt.

Soak your feet in the mixture every night, for 15-30 minutes, or until the mixture chills down. Dry your feet afterwards, and go to bed immediately after soaking and drying your feet. In the morning, avoid walking barefoot.

You will notice the improvement after the first use of this treatment, but you will need to use it consistently for at least a week.
